Responsibilities
• Lead the design and implementation of turnkey processing lines, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
• Coordinate with vendors to secure necessary materials and services, fostering strong partnerships for seamless project execution
• Provide expert guidance and support to customers during start-up training, ensuring smooth transitions and operational success
• Offer troubleshooting support for delivered processing lines, addressing issues promptly to maintain high performance standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement in food processing operations
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle
