Job description

Meat Processor / Deboner – Knife Skills Required

Location: Rowena, TX
Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Occasional Saturdays

We are hiring Meat Processors / Deboners for a beef processing facility.

Prior knife experience is required.

What You'll Do:

  • Debone, trim, cut, and process beef
  • Remove meat from the bone
  • Assist with harvesting and breaking down beef
  • Prepare meat for retail processing
  • Work in a fast-paced, physical environment
  • Stand for 10+ hour shifts and lift heavy totes

Experience We're Looking For:

  • Meat processing or deboning
  • Butcher/meat cutter experience
  • Beef, pork, or poultry processing
  • Slaughter/harvesting experience
  • Deer, hog, livestock, or wild game processing

Restaurant food-prep experience alone does not qualify.
