Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and dependable Meat Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate should be clean, detail-oriented, willing to learn, and have basic knowledge of meat. This role focuses on producing ground meat and packed meat products in a fast-paced but cooperative team setting. Responsibilities and requirements include but are not limited to:
  • Will train on additional meat packing and processing knowledge
  • Ensure proper labeling, packing, and handling of meat products
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times
  • Work effectively with team members to complete daily production
  • Follow all HACCP and state inspection guidelines
  • Assisting with large or rush orders as needed
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team-oriented mindset
  • Reliable and punctual consistent attendance is essential
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ lbs.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a drama-free, focused team
