Position Overview


We are seeking a reliable and skilled Meat Processor to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing various cuts of meat according to company standards and customer specifications while maintaining strict adherence to food safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process beef, pork, poultry, and other meats using knives, saws, and other processing equipment
  • Cut, trim, and prepare meat products according to specifications and quality standards
  • Package and label products for retail and wholesale distribution
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas in compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations
  • Operate and maintain processing equipment safely and efficiently
  • Follow all company procedures for product handling and storage
  • Inspect meat products for quality and report any concerns to supervisors
  • Assist with inventory management and product rotation
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in meat processing, butchering, or food production preferred
  • Knowledge of meat cuts and processing techniques
