Job description

Fort Recovery Industries is looking for a Shift Supervisor on 3rd shift in our Assembly plant.
The schedule for this shift is 10:30pm - 6:50am
Skills Required:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must possess the ability to make independent decisions as warranted
  • Basic computer skills
  • Prior supervision experience
Job Responsibilities:
The Supervisor will be responsible for directing, monitoring, and maintaining quality and production standards for the Assembly/Packaging plant. Responsibilities include, but aren't limited to, overseeing employee assignments, maintaining inventory, training operators on machines, and assisting in machine setup. Additionally, the Lead needs to have strong communication skills as the Lead will be communicating with the Plant Manager and employees on a daily basis.
