Job Title: Virtual Legal Intake Specialist (Remote, Part-Time) About the Role: We are seeking a part-time, remote Virtual Legal Intake Specialist to provide intake coverage and support our team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective new clients, surveying them about their situation, empathizing with them during a difficult time, accurately capturing their information, and helping move their inquiry forward. We provide training and resources to help you succeed. If you have prior customer service experience, strong English communication skills, and a passion for helping others, we encourage you to apply. Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 12:00 PM to 4:30 PM Central Time (CST). This is a part-time role to start, with potential to expand hours over time based on volume and fit. Location: Fully remote. Candidates must be based in Central or South America to align with our team's time zone. This position is remote in Colombia. Responsibilities: • Answer incoming potential client (PNC) calls promptly, gather relevant case information, and accurately enter details into the lead management system. • Gather details on facts, injuries/damages, liability, and insurance coverage to help determine the viability of potential cases. • Communicate with prospective clients via phone, text, and email to gather and follow up on case information. • Record the source of all calls received and follow internal processes for routing and follow-up. • Process new client onboarding and establish client files through accurate data entry. • Provide a warm, professional, and empathetic experience to every caller, reflecting the firm's standards and values. • Maintain thorough, accurate records and handle every matter confidentially. Qualifications: • Strong spoken and written English communication skills. • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a phone-based role. • High level of empathy and composure when speaking with people in distress. • Strong computer skills and comfort working across multiple systems at once. • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. • Reliable high-speed internet, a headset, and a quiet, dedicated home workspace. • Personal injury or legal/insurance experience is a plus, but not required. • Experience with Lead Docket, VineSign, or Filevine is a plus. Hardware Requirement: A personal Windows/Mac desktop or laptop with at least an Intel Core i5 (or AMD Ryzen 5 equivalent) processor and a minimum of 8GB of RAM, capable of running a phone system and case management software simultaneously without lag. Compensation: $8 - $10 hourly
