Hourly employees in Colombia often face challenges such as fluctuating work schedules, limited job security, and variable monthly income. Navigating these challenges often involves maintaining clear communication with supervisors about scheduling, understanding labor laws regarding overtime and benefits, and proactively managing personal finances.
