Now Hiring: Territory Sales Representative, Fort Worth, TX

Most sales jobs hand you a phone book and a quota. This one hands you a protected Fort Worth territory with qualified accounts already producing revenue.

Our client is a national leader in industrial equipment sales and service, and they're adding a Territory Sales Rep in Fort Worth.

What the role looks like:

Base salary $70,000 to $90,000

Year 1 OTE $140,000 to $150,000 on existing accounts

Uncapped commission; top earners at $180K to $200K

$800/month car allowance plus fuel card

Hybrid schedule: Monday in branch, Tuesday through Thursday in the field, Friday from home

Who wins in this seat: someone with 2+ years of B2B outside sales calling on maintenance managers, plant leaders, and procurement. You don't need direct industry experience. Forklift, material handling, heavy equipment, equipment rental, and industrial parts backgrounds transfer extremely well.

The sales motion is service-led: inspections, maintenance agreements, and repair work that create recurring revenue and open the door to larger capital equipment deals over time.

If you're a consultative seller who wants to run a territory like your own business, apply today!

With a strong local presence and a branch relocating within the Fort Worth area in the coming months, this is a company investing in its territory and its people, offering a hands-on, field-based sales role with genuine earning potential and room to grow.
