Job description

Wake County Facilities, Design & Construction is looking for a Facilities Project Manager with experience in managing all phases of capital projects, which include a wide variety of project types, including public safety facilities, libraries, multi-services facilities, detention projects, and recreation and entertainment facilities. Come join our team!

Essential Functions:

  • Provide turnkey project management including planning, fiscal oversight, team coordination, design supervision, and construction administration for multiple design and construction projects
  • Prepare project schedules and complex capital project budgets
  • Monitor schedules and expenditures to assure compliance with the Capital Improvement Program
  • Do a great job so the public can enjoy the useof our awesome amenities
