Job description

Connect Staffing is hiring a Dental Equipment Technician for a dental equipment company in Ontario, CA. This is a temp-to-hire position with pay depending on experience, working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. In this role, you will troubleshoot dental equipment issues with customers by phone and on-site, assist with equipment installations, and set up and pack trade show displays at events across the US. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule with travel opportunities throughout the country for trade shows.
Pay: DOE (depends on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot dental equipment issues with customers by phone and on-site, escalating frequent or complex problems to senior technicians.
  • Submit weekly reports summarizing call logs and recurring equipment issues.
  • Operate a forklift to move and stage equipment in the warehouse.
  • Pack, transport, and set up trade show equipment at events throughout the US.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and internal team members to resolve technical issues efficiently.

Minimum Requirements
  • 5+ years of technical support or field service experience in the dental industry.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with dental equipment installation and commissioning.
  • Familiarity with dental imaging, handpiece, or chair-side equipment systems.
  • Experience writing technical call logs, service reports, or field documentation.
  • Previous trade show setup or event logistics experience.
  • Comfort with regional or national travel for on-site support and events.
  • Forklift experience.
  • Prior warehouse experience.
