Description
We are seeking a Trade Show Event Coordinator who will assist in coordinating all aspects of our client's hospitality during their trade show program and provide outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities and Duties;
  • Coordinate trade show shipping logistics
  • Order client trade show services
  • Partner with business development managers (BDM) to manage client accounts
  • Effectively communicate with team members throughout the trade show process
  • Typical hours are 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday, (with some weekends needed during shows) flexible start time
  • Attend on average of 2 - 6 tradeshows a year

Requirements
  • Some college or equivalent experience
  • Very comfortable with technology
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to handle the pressure of a deadline sensitive environment
  • Quick learner, willing to learn trade show industry
  • Ability to work overtime during busy season, field occasional weekend calls
  • Light lifting

Travel to trade shows when necessary
