Systems Administrator

Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Systems Administrator to take ownership of our IT infrastructure and serve as a key technical resource for the organization. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and takes pride in building stable, well-managed systems. In addition to supporting day-to-day operations, you'll play a critical role in improving processes, driving technology initiatives, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 and core IT infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network, server, application, and end-user issues.
  • Configure and support networking equipment, including switches and routing.
  • Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of critical systems.
  • Partner with software and hardware vendors to resolve technical issues.
  • Document processes, maintain best practices, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior IT staff.
  • Support IT projects, upgrades, and technology initiatives across the organization.
Required Experience
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 expertise, including administration, security, user management, and Microsoft Intune deployment and management.
  • Strong networking experience with the ability to troubleshoot and configure switches, routing, and connectivity issues.
  • Broad IT infrastructure experience supporting end-user devices, phones, printers, and business-critical systems.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies, diagnose issues, and implement effective solutions.
  • Experience working with and coordinating third-party vendors to resolve technical challenges.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
