GLOTECH, Inc. is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator (Office 365) to support the corporate office of United Parks & Resorts located in Orlando, FL.

The System Administrator monitors, troubleshoots, resolves issues, and maintains services throughout the O365/Azure Tenant. Systems Administrator who will work directly with the Engineers and be responsible for the delivery of project assignments, including the analysis, design and architecture, deployment and support of the Microsoft Office 365 platform.  The deployments include but are not limited to Defender, Intune/SCCM, OneDrive, BitLocker and other O365 toolsets.

  • Support pre-production and production deployment, configuration, testing while ensuring best practices are followed and recommendations communicated
  • Provide detailed technical documentation including solution high/low level design, platform build/configuration, troubleshooting, and operational procedures
  • Work with engineering teams to review current issues to ensure successful support of new solutions and platforms through means of documentation and training
  • Responsibility for the administration and supporting of the following, but not limited to: Windows Active Directory, Teams/O365 SharePoint, OneDrive and O365 security applications
  • Support, monitor, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software problems pertaining to the O365 Tenant and end user devices

  • College degree in Computer science or experience in specific requirements
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with enterprise application deployments
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Office365 application troubleshooting, PowerShell scripting, Intune and Defender applications
  • Remain current with up-to-date product information for all released software configurations
  • Demonstrate excellent professionalism and communication skills
  • Continuous improvement mindset where good is never good enough and the desire to raise the bar is a reason to come to work each day
  • Critical thinking that supports your ability to accurately assess interactions, solve problems, and collaborate with other teams
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Orlando, FL as needed
