CCS is looking for a Student Information System Data Administratorto join our team! This position is based in Mt. Vernon NY.
OVERVIEW
This person is responsible for ensuring student data integrity in a large school district located in Westchester County. This person will provide thought leadership and expertise to guide and manage the student information flow and reporting from various internal systems and educational applications.
What You'll Do
  • Validate, maintain, and generate reporting on student data
  • Coordinate presentations and training for staff on programs and procedures used for student data maintenance
  • Produce process and procedural documentation
  • Produce status/activity reports on regular basis
  • Manage/coordinate projects (e.g. school year rollover within SIS)

What You Bring
  • Required:
    • 3-5 years' experience managing Student Information Systems (eSchool+ preferred), and working with educational technology
    • Exceptional Microsoft Office skillset (especially Excel)
    • Strong telephone presence to assist end users, and help them navigate various applications
  • Preferred
    • Knowledge/experience with Office 365
