Job description

Are you an engineer who loves being in front of customers? We are looking for a Sales Engineer who can bridge the gap between what our customers need and what our manufacturing floor can build—and turn that into profitable, elegant racking solutions for the telecom industry.

What You'll Do

•    Translate customer needs into engineered racking, cabinet, and cable management solutions

•    Own quotes, pricing, and margin analysis for standard and custom products

•    Lead new product development in partnership with Engineering, Production, and Purchasing

•    Build Bills of Material (BOMs) and routings in our ERP system

•    Present solutions directly to customers during site visits and technical reviews

•    Use SolidWorks (preferred) to support design and product development activities

•    Monitor competitive offerings and market trends to inform product strategy

What We're Looking For

•    Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field — or equivalent technical experience

•    5+ years of engineering experience with 2+ years in a customer-facing or sales role

•    Prior experience as a Sales Engineer is strongly preferred

•    Ability to read technical drawings and apply manufacturing cost knowledge to pricing decisions

•    Proficiency in SolidWorks or comparable 3D modeling software (preferred)

•    Background in steel racking, telecom, material handling, or industrial manufacturing a plus

•    Strong communication skills; Spanish language proficiency is a plus
