Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that drive the development, integration, and delivery of secure, scalable financial technology solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong program management expertise with technical acumen and a solid understanding of fintech areas such as trading/brokerages, banking, payments, digital wallets, financial platforms, compliance, and regulatory requirements. As a Technical Program Manager, you will partner with Engineering, Product, Operations, Compliance, and executive stakeholders to deliver complex programs that improve customer experiences and support business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects and programs across product and engineering teams
  • Continuously monitor scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and success metrics
  • Coordinate amongst cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, Compliance, Risk, Security, Operations, and external partners
  • Facilitate technical and business discussions, and take notes to ensure informed decision-making
  • Establish governance processes, status reporting, and executive communications
  • Monitor program performance using KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics
  • Support development and release cycles: production deployments, change management, breaking changes, and communication thereof to both internal and external partners
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors, financial institutions, and technology partners when required
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in domains such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
  • 4-7 years of experience in Technical Program Management or Technical Project Management
  • 2+ years of experience in supporting fintech initiatives, such as banking, payments, trading, or other financial services concepts
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
  • Experience managing large-scale technical projects involving distributed systems, APIs, cloud platforms, etc
  • General knowledge of financial regulations and compliance frameworks such as KYC, AML, Customer Risk Rating, Watchlists, etc.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar platforms
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with embedded finance, financial APIs, crypto, trading/brokerages
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Understanding of data security, fraud prevention, and risk management practices
  • PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or Agile certification
  • Experience working in high-growth startups or fast-paced fintech environments
