As a Technical Program Manager, you play a pivotal role in steering the strategic direction and oversight of electronic data interchange (EDI) systems and API integrations within the organization. In this role, you serve as the project lead, fostering collaboration across various functional teams to enhance business processes, improve data accuracy, onboard new clients, and strengthen communications with partners and clients.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide project oversight and strategic direction of electronic data interchange systems and API integrations.
  • Act as project lead and work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes, improve data accuracy, onboard new clients, and enhance communication with partners and clients.
  • Consults with internal teams and clients in the analysis of technical integration requirements (EDI and API).
  • Organizes, analyzes, & controls the activities of the engineering and implementation teams.
  • Tracks & reports development/onboarding status and communicates with teams and clients.
  • Oversee documentation processes for product changes and updates.
  • Manage product release cycles, coordinating between teams to ensure smooth rollouts and client transitions.

Qualifications 

Minimum Qualifications  

  • 3+ years client-facing technical project management experience at a B2B SaaS company
  • Demonstrates comprehensive expertise in API standards and protocols, along with practical experience in API integrations.
  • Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.) to accelerate and elevate your outcomes; including but not limited to communication drafting, data analysis, prompt engineering, and/or documentation
  • Experience as an IT Project Manager - capable of leading technical teams from a strategic business standpoint.
  • Ability to foster strong relationships with trading partners, vendors, and internal teams, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and project execution.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years' experience in program management, preferably in the ERP, EDI, CRM or eCommerce space.
  • Master's degree is a plus.

For this position, the expected base pay range is: $110,000-$160,000 per year. 

This range represents the base pay for the role across all U.S. locations and is determined based on market data, internal equity, and experience. Final compensation may vary depending on geographic location, skills, and relevant experience.In addition to base pay, we offer a discretionary bonus for non-sales roles, a comprehensive benefits package, and, where applicable, sales incentives.

For this position, the expected discretionary bonus is 10% of the annual base salary.
