Job Title: Process Leadership
Location: Beaverton, OR (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are looking for a high-energy, highly collaborative leader to keep a fast-moving AI program advancing while cross-functional partners stay aligned. Our team needs someone who can drive day-to-day execution, communicate clearly with executive stakeholders, and help sustain momentum as the program matures.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day operations for the Sales AI Lab and keep delivery moving forward.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Global Tech, Business Intelligence, Supply Chain, Brand, Legal, AI Governance, Enterprise AI, and related teams.
  • Communicate regularly with VP-level and executive stakeholders to maintain alignment and visibility.
  • Read and react to shifts in AI and business dynamics while supporting the evolving program agenda.

Required:

  • 10+ years of experience and recent leading AI programs.
  • Strong program management skills with experience launching a Sales AI Lab or coordinating and driving a similar tool.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work daily with stakeholders at VP and executive levels.
  • Understanding of AI dynamics and the ability to assess business impact and respond to changing conditions.
  • Enthusiasm for using AI tools and the ability to work without a technical background.
  • Preferred: experience building with Cursor, Co pilot, CoWork tools, and familiarity with Claude Cowork.
