Job Description:

As the AI Program Manager, you will work closely with Accurate's core AI team to help develop and implement our AI strategy across the software development life cycle. You will focus on working with the AI team to identify, evaluate, and deploy AI technologies and human capabilities that improve business value though better quality, increased speed, and less cost. You will partner with internal teams and external vendors to pilot, launch, and optimize AI initiatives translating real-world challenges into practical AI solutions.

Your primary focus will be to lead end-to-end project planning and execution for the AI program spanning discovery, prototyping, pilot, and production. You will manage scope, timeline, dependencies, risks, project governance, stakeholder communication, and operational readiness.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the AI team to support the planning, development and execution of the AI-first software development life cycle transformation.
  • Select business value outcomes to focus on, define success metrics, determine baseline performance, and establish targets.
  • Map current processes and organizational structure and identify pain points and opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
  • Define future processes and organizational structure.
  • Identify, evaluate, and select the technologies required to support future state processes.
  • Determine the skills and capabilities required for the future organizational structure.
  • Identify the training and hiring requirements to match the skills and capabilities required for the future organizational structure.
  • Coordinate pilot for POC.
  • Implement new processes, technologies, and organizational structure.
  • Monitor performance against established business value outcomes targets using insights to drive iteration and improvement.
  • Establish and maintain an integrated project plan for AI initiatives (milestones, dependencies, owners).
  • Establish program cadence and coordinate with cross-functional team members to keep all parties on track with schedules, budget, quality, and outcomes.
  • Facilitate project meetings and working sessions.
  • Develop and maintain repository of program information.
  • Track schedule, cost, resources and vendor engagement.
  • Manage dependencies to mitigate blockers and reduce impact on schedules.
  • Proactively identify and assess risks and impediments and develop mitigation strategies to bring programs back to green.
  • Manage changes to ensure that plans are updated and that all stakeholders are informed of the impact on the deliverables and schedules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business readiness activities track to plan and to define roll out plans.
  • Support teams with change management activities to help accelerate adoption and sustain change.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communications including status updates, executive updates, and KPI reporting.
  • Conduct project retrospectives to inspect and adapt as required.
  • Collaborate with PMO team members to develop Program Management standards and drive process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in project management (Waterfall and Agile)
  • 3+ years of experience working on process improvement/reengineering initiatives.
  • 2+ years of experience in AI, automation, and emerging technologies
  • Familiarity with background screening services
  • Leadership skills - critical thinking, effective communication, influencing, collaboration, accountability

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $121,500 - $160,000. Pay will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and relevant education and training. This position may also be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus, commission, or other variable pay plan.
