Salary Range: $107,821.50- $145,875.46 per year

What You Will Do

This position resides under The Resource Group, an end-to-end supply chain partner to healthcare organizations across the United States, wholly-owned by Ascension. At The Resource Group, we build strong relationships with provider teams, working alongside them to improve supply chain operations and lower non-payroll expenses, all in support of delivering quality patient care. Responsibilities for this role can be found below:

Lead the development of comprehensive category negotiation strategies and manage the end-to-end contract life cycle to ensure long-term alignment with organizational objectives and financial objectives.

Oversee the synthesis of complex market trend data and research to provide expert guidance and actionable insights that drive innovative solution development and continuous strategy improvement.

Facilitates communication of clinically or operationally relevant information such as related product recalls/alerts, benefits and educational opportunities, contract announcements and other communication strategies, while representing The Resource Group's core values in interactions with suppliers and participants.

Facilitate the engagement of end-users and stakeholders to inform developed strategies and achieve consensus on contract awards, ensuring all contracts meet professional, clinical, and operational standards.

Conduct regular reviews of contract performance in collaboration with onsite Integration teams or key stakeholders to maximize value delivery and proactively communicate clinically or operationally relevant information.

Optimize team performance through strategic day-to-day management of associates including hiring, training and onboarding, professional development, and providing coaching and feedback as needed.

What You Will Need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
