Are you ready to lead high-visibility defense and aerospace programs with Dayton T. Brown, Inc., a recognized leader in engineering, testing, logistics, and mission-critical military systems? We are seeking an experienced Program Manager - Logistics - Product Lifecycle Support to join our Technical Services Division, where your leadership, technical expertise, and program management skills will directly support critical customer missions and drive successful program execution.


In this role, you will provide overall management and leadership for Product Support and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) programs, serving as the primary interface between Dayton T. Brown and government and commercial customers. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing logistics and sustainment activities throughout the program lifecycle, ensuring the successful delivery of contractual requirements while maintaining schedule, cost, and quality objectives.


Working closely with customers, engineering teams, logisticians, technical writers, and subcontractors, you will lead the development and delivery of logistics products including Provisioning Parts Lists (PPLs), Engineering Data for Provisioning (EDFP), Maintenance Task Analyses (MTAs), Logistics Product Data (LPD), and other Integrated Product Support (IPS) deliverables. You will oversee interpretation of contract requirements, Data Item Descriptions (DIDs), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and applicable military standards to ensure compliant and high-quality program execution.


Additionally, this position will play a key role in business growth initiatives by supporting capture efforts, proposal development, Basis of Estimates (BOEs), technical volume preparation, and customer presentations related to Product Support and Life Cycle Logistics opportunities.


The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, possesses strong organizational and decision-making skills, and can effectively manage multiple concurrent programs and priorities. Excellent communication and relationship management skills are essential, as this role requires regular interaction with internal leadership, customers, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams.

Candidates should be comfortable working in a remote environment, managing geographically dispersed personnel, and supporting occasional travel requirements (up to 10%) for customer meetings, program reviews, and business development activities.


Job Qualifications in Job Description:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Management, or related discipline; Master's degree preferred. Equivalent combination of education and 12+ years of relevant experience will be considered.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing Integrated Product Support (IPS), Life Cycle Logistics, and sustainment programs supporting DoD acquisition and sustainment efforts.
  • Minimum of 12+ years of progressively responsible experience in logistics, sustainment, maintenance planning, provisioning, and technical data development, including management oversight of Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD), Engineering Data for Provisioning (EDFP), and related logistics product deliverables.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience managing Logistics Product Data development programs utilizing industry-standard tools and methodologies, including SLICwave, EAGLE, PowerLOG-J, or equivalent logistics analysis and product data systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of DoD Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements, logistics engineering principles, sustainment planning, and applicable military standards, including MIL-HDBK-502, MIL-STD-1388-2B, GEIA-STD-0007, and current Product Support and Life Cycle Sustainment requirements.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, managing subcontractors, coordinating with government stakeholders, and executing logistics programs within cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and oversee the delivery of logistics products, technical documentation, provisioning data, and sustainment analyses supporting acquisition and fielded systems.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills, with experience briefing senior government, military, and industry leadership.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools, including Microsoft Project and related reporting applications.
  • U.S. Citizenship required. Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance, if required.
