Early Childhood (3 to 5) | Jackson County, Oregon | 2026-2027 School Year

Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking multiple onsite licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support center and community based early childhood programs in Medford, OR and surrounding areas. This opportunity is ideal for an SLP with experience supporting Early Childhood special education who values interdisciplinary collaboration, structured support, and the ability to directly impact studentsโ€™ communication development within an educational setting.

  • Schedule: 40 hours per week

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) โ€“ School Based โ€“ Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments
  • Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings
  • Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs
  • Provide direct therapy services (individual and group)
  • Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication
  • Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
  • Support AAC implementation and consultation when appropriate

Qualifications:

  • Masterโ€™s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Comparable
  • Active Oregon Board of Examiners SLP License
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CF) considered
  • Prior experience providing direct services to children 3 to 5 years of age (ECSE) or similar age group is required (Post Grad or Clinicals)
  • Must be comfortable traveling between multiple center and community based programs in an assigned region
