Job Description

The TransFund Credit Program Manager is responsible for driving credit client growth through cross-selling products, onboarding a new client and servicing an existing client base, and overseeing the successful execution of routine TransFund projects and conversions. This role combines relationship management with project management expertise to ensure high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, and strong client satisfaction.

How You'll Spend Your Time
  • You will serve as the primary credit contact and resolve client and operational issues.
  • You will lead credit projects and conversions while configuring, testing, and validating solutions.
  • You will troubleshoot issues, collaborate with vendors, and maintain communication throughout implementations.
  • You will consult with clients to deliver credit solutions and identify growth opportunities.
  • You will analyze client needs, resolve challenges, and support successful implementations.
  • You will act as a subject matter expert on Credit Solutions products and industry practices.
  • You will provide management with regular updates on client progress, project status, and key issues.
Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree in business and/or related degree with 5-6 years' related experience or 7-9 years' work-related experience.

  • 5+ years' experience in the EFT Industry, especially related to credit processing
  • 5+ years' experience in managing conversions involving financial institutions, data processors, Credit, and a card base
  • Advance knowledge of project management methodology
  • Advance knowledge of Bank products, operations/product delivery system, banking applications
  • Thorough knowledge of management information systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent PC and software package skills and on-line system experience
  • Excellent organizational skills
