The ROLE:

As a Senior Technical Program Manager at Syniti, you will drive high-impact initiatives on the Syniti Knowledge Platform-the core solution enabling our customers to manage, migrate, and govern enterprise data. Collaborating across product management, engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams, you will establish and execute program and project management practices that ensure roadmap items are delivered consistently meeting commitments. We seek a skilled program management leader with strong business operations expertise and a track record of building and refining processes that scale. This role demands the leadership to guide complex projects to completion, along with deep familiarity with developer tools and engineering practices. The ideal candidate will excel at fostering alignment, accountability, and collaboration across diverse cross-functional teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Program leadership and coordination - Connect product, engineering, and operations to deliver platform enhancements; partner with the CTO and leadership teams to align roadmaps with business objectives
  • Syniti leadership communication - Support the CTO in preparing and delivering updates that keep executives informed on progress toward goals and timelines
  • Standards and processes - Define and improve standards for planning, communication, tracking, and issue management; implement tools and frameworks that deliver consistent results and reliable outcomes
  • CTO and project management team - Lead and support project managers, providing guidance, escalation, and risk remediation to resolve program-level challenges
  • Program initiation - Create charters that establish business value, scope, timelines, success measures, and accountabilities
  • Program planning - Translate roadmap items into actionable plans with goals, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables; identify risks and contingencies while ensuring planning standards are followed
  • Program execution - Drive program progress, collaboration, issue resolution, and risk management with project managers and team leads
  • Team accountability - Hold project managers and leads accountable for outcomes; support navigation through risks and roadblocks and resolve collaboration challenges
  • Cross-functional collaboration - Facilitate alignment across project management, engineering, product, operations, compliance, and customer-facing teams
  • Tools and systems - Ensure effective use of Jira, GitHub, CI/CD, and related tools to provide accurate project management information
  • Release and governance - Partner with product and engineering to manage release schedules, ensure governance compliance, and communicate product readiness
  • Vendor management - Coordinate procurement and contracting with third-party vendors; work with legal and finance to ensure agreements meet compliance and business needs
  • Change enablement - Promote adoption of new processes, tools, and solutions by guiding and advocating across teams

WHAT IT TAKES:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent professional experience
  • Demonstrated experience in program management or business operations within a Product & Engineering organization
  • Strong expertise in building, implementing, and measuring processes, frameworks, and operational metrics
  • Familiarity with tools that support developer productivity (e.g., Jira, GitHub, Confluence, CI/CD systems)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to all levels of the organization
  • Tenacity, persistence, and detail orientation - able to push complex projects through to successful completion
  • Bonus: Experience with release management, governance, and compliance in a SaaS or enterprise software environment
  • Bonus: Experience managing vendor relationships, procurement, or contracting processes

Syniti discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Syniti, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for this role is $200,262 - $244,764. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company's sole discretion, consistent with the law.
