The Senior Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, cross-functional projects to ensure alignment with client expectations and business objectives. This role will lead project teams, manage budgets and timelines, and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Your role in our team
  • You will define project timelines, scope, and budget in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Oversee full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including scheduling, resourcing, and execution
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams including engineering, sales, EHSQ, finance, contract management, and customer service
  • Act as the principal contact for all client-facing communications and technical documentation
  • You will lead risk management efforts by identifying, assessing, and mitigating project-related risks
  • Monitor project budgets and schedules, proactively managing deviations to maintain financial and operational integrity
  • Conduct performance reviews and lessons-learned analysis at key project milestones and closure
  • Ensure safety compliance in collaboration with site managers and environmental teams
  • You will manage all project meetings, including documentation, status updates, and stakeholder communications
  • Oversee specification and contract compliance with third-party vendors and suppliers
  • Provide technical leadership by translating contractual requirements into deliverables for engineering teams
  • Maintain quality assurance standards across all project phases
  • Support issue resolution by leading escalation paths across departments
  • Perform other duties as assigned
 Your profile
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in project or program management roles
  • Your demonstrated 2+ years of direct leadership experience is preferred
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex technical projects in material handling, logistics, or automation systems
  • Experience working in matrixed and multicultural environments
  • Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and client management capabilities
  • Exceptional project planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SAP, or equivalent)
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen related to cost forecasting and resource planning
  • Ability to problem-solve and adapt strategies based on evolving conditions
  • Cultural competence and experience working with global project teams
  • Effective stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
  • PMP or similar certification is preferred
  • Other duties as assigned
