Job Summary

The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (HFA) is seeking an experienced Program Manager to coordinate and manage multiple IT projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, vendors, and executive leadership to ensure successful project delivery, resource alignment, and portfolio reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate multiple IT projects simultaneously.
  • Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
  • Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder communications, and follow-up actions.
  • Track project progress, risks, issues, and deliverables.
  • Prepare status reports, project documentation, and executive updates.
  • Assist with RFI, RFQ, and RFP development activities.
  • Maintain project information within Monday.com and related project management tools.
  • Support portfolio management, governance, and PMO initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and leadership teams.
Required Skills
  • 6+ years of Project/Program Management experience.
  • Experience managing multiple IT projects concurrently.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Risk, issue, and change management experience.
  • Experience creating executive-level reports and presentations.
  • Familiarity with RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes.
  • Experience with Monday.com, Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
  • Experience with web technologies and software platform implementations.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Public Sector or Government experience.
  • Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
  • PMO support experience.
  • Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 Certification.
Mandatory Requirements
  • 6+ years of Project Management experience.
