MISSION

An experienced project and customer leader who is able to maximize speed to value through efficient delivery of outcome focused milestones. In this role you will work with some of our most valued customers to define and deliver outcomes that exceed their expectations while strengthening our internal ability to rapidly deliver value. You will be a key interface between our Product Development, Sales and Client Services teams and our customers for setting up strategic projects, customer expectations, delivery timelines, and internal resources for success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working with Sales, Product and the customer to define and communicate the scope and value of projects pre-sale
  • Accountable for managing project scope, customer expectations, timelines and budget for strategic projects
  • Enroll third party organizations to the Nulogy platform on behalf of Nulogy’s customers
  • Collaboration across multiple work streams to develop and deliver customer-specific strategic project plans
  • Maintain and improve account control and senior stakeholder alignment
  • Keeping internal and external teams committed to expected project value and success criteria throughout customer engagement
  • Identifying and mitigating project risk, escalating to appropriate internal and customer stakeholders as necessary
  • Becoming proficient in the business and operational value of all of Nulogy’s Product and Services offerings
  • Understanding, assessing, and improving delivery structure for existing Nulogy Products and Services
  • Assessing and coaching multi-disciplinary team members in the following areas:
    • Outcome and value focused verbal and written communications
    • Risk identification and mitigation
    • Time & utilization management

NICE TO HAVE
  • 8+ years in a Account Management or Project Management function at a SaaS organization
  • Supply chain, Consumer Packaged Goods, and/or Manufacturing knowledge or experience
  • PMP or CAPM an asset
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
