Job description

You will lead the day-to-day execution of a major utility advisory contract, overseeing task order coordination, staffing assignments, schedule management, and client communication. Your ability to manage multiple workstreams, align resources, and resolve issues quickly will be essential to the success of complex infrastructure initiatives. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for program delivery and operational performance. This is a key leadership role supporting critical public utility modernization efforts.

This opportunity is contingent upon our client being awarded the contract.

WORKSITE: Remote
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday PST hours 
PAY RATE: $90.00/hour

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Serve as primary client contact for contract execution and task order delivery
• Coordinate staffing assignments and resource deployment
• Manage schedules, deliverables, and reporting across workstreams
• Monitor issues, risks, and contract performance metrics
• Coordinate subcontractor and SME activities
• Support client meetings, reporting cadence, and issue resolution

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
• 15+ years of program or contract management experience
• Utility advisory or infrastructure consulting background
• Experience managing multi-task-order contracts
• Strong stakeholder management and delivery oversight experience
• Experience managing subcontractors and technical SMEs
• Public-sector utility experience preferred
