We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team onsite in Overland Park, KS. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to fill open positions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to recruiting.



Responsibilities:


  • Candidate Sourcing: Source qualified talent through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and proactive outreach to passive candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Review applications to identify qualified candidates, conduct screenings and interviews, and ensure a best in class candidate experience.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, communicate with stakeholders, and provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and fit; administer assessments and recommend top candidates to hiring managers.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs while keeping detailed records of candidate interactions and progress in the recruitment process in the ATS.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the employer brand and values to attract top talent. Participate in job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences. Contribute to the development of compelling marketing materials to attract candidates.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Partner with hiring managers and HR to develop hiring strategies and provide guidance and support to hiring managers on Propio's best practices for interviewing and candidate selection

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a talent acquisition partner or in a similar role (minimum 1 year of direct experience).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred
  • Experience with applicant tracking system and LinkedIn Recruiter required
  • SHRM-CP credential preferred
