Business Development/Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced mortgage industry recruiter to lead and manage the Talent Acquisition function of an independent mortgage banker (IMB) to drive organizational success through innovative and efficient recruitment strategies.
This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the recruiting team, developing talent acquisition strategies, and partnering with hiring managers to build a robust talent pipeline. The ideal candidate will bring a deep knowledge of recruitment best practices, a strategic mindset, and a proven ability to achieve performance and hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition Program Development: Design and oversee the corporate talent acquisition program to attract and retain top-quality mortgage indutry talent in alignment with organizational hiring goals.

  • Strategic Recruiting Execution: Execute recruiting strategies to ensure timely, consistent delivery of top-tier candidates across all roles, with a focus on meeting established hiring plans.
  • Candidate Tracking & Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate and job-related data, tracking candidate progress through every stage of the hiring process to ensure efficiency and transparency.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing recruiting team, managing resources and providing direction to achieve department goals.
  • Metrics & Performance Analysis: Define, track, and analyze key talent acquisition metrics, establishing tracking methods to monitor performance and improve recruiting outcomes.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the recruiting capital and operational budgets, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and efficient allocation of resources.
  • Executive Recruiting Support: Partner with leadership to assist with executive-level searches and ensure the recruitment of high-impact leaders.
