Job description

Description
The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist provides operational support for the corporate Talent Acquisition function. Partnering closely with Talent Acquisition leadership and recruiters, this role administers recruiting systems and workflows, coordinates key recruiting activities, maintains reporting, and improves processes and technology to create a consistent and efficient experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
This is a remote position.
In this role, you will:
  • Administer Talent Acquisition systems and workflows, including requisition and offer approvals, job setup and posting, data maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and follow-up on outstanding actions.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, trackers, and data standards that improve visibility into recruiting activity, platform performance, and outcomes.
  • Support the corporate Talent Acquisition team's use of applicant tracking, sourcing, and recruiting platforms, including Indeed and LinkedIn; coordinate user access, vendor requests, system issues, and implementation activities.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and coordinate the implementation of process and technology improvements, including workflow enhancements, system transitions, process documentation, training resources, and automation tools.
  • Provide coordination support as needed, including maintaining shared resources, preparing team communications and logistics, scheduling meetings or interviews, and coordinating offer letters and related documents.

Skills and Experience
  • 3+ years Talent Acquisition or Human Resources experience, with demonstrated experience supporting recruiting operations, recruiting systems, reporting, and process improvement required
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) required
  • Experience supporting an applicant tracking system or recruiting module and developing reports, dashboards, trackers, or other operational reporting required
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft 365 applications required
  • Strong organizational, project-coordination, and communication skills required
  • Experience with workflow automation, recruiting technology implementations, high-volume recruiting operations, healthcare, or multi-state environments preferred
