Director, Global Product Strategy & Execution

Embrace the opportunity to lead key functions in the support of Fiserv's growing enterprise merchant business in the role of Director, Global Product Strategy and Execution. This isn't just about managing a single product; instead, your task will be to ensure our comprehensive product suite is tuned to meet the requirements of our enterprise clients.

You will own the global strategy and execution of strategic initiatives across our merchant suite of solutions. Collaborating with various Merchant Solutions teams, you will build and manage the vision for the business architecture strategy, refine processes, promote internal communication, and rally the organization behind our enterprise strategy.

What You Will Do:

  • Establish and drive the technical business architecture strategy across the global merchant organization, setting long term vision and roadmap, to facilitate product commercialization

  • Grasp swiftly the realm of enterprise payment industry

  • Multitask efficiently, transitioning from one project to the next while retaining contextual detail

  • Determine the effects of technical changes and product functionality on our clients, translating these impacts into clear, direct communication

  • Understand target operating models and the cross-section of product with customer service, marketing, legal, and other functions

  • Drive consensus among leadership teams, providing program and working level detail to all stakeholders

  • Deliver executive-level reporting, collating complex concepts across diverse business lines into key messages

  • Adapt to working across time zones and geographies, and be ready for varying program needs

  • Drive an AI-first work methodology

  • Identify and track KPIs and key results

  • Standardize practices to promote repeatability and efficiency

What You Will Need To Have:

  • 10 + years in product strategy or program strategy within the payments/merchant acquiring space, with corresponding knowledge of the industry

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher, or equivalent working experience

  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and drive execution, converting strategy into business outcomes.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with across cross-functional executive leaders

  • Comfort with ambiguity and strong problem-solving skills and growth mindset

  • Collaboration tools like Confluence, Jira, Aha, etc.

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft suite of tools: Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

  • Project management practices, reporting, and tracking

Salary Range

$155,000.00 - $258,000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
