Summary

The Director of Strategy & Execution is responsible for translating business objectives into actionable warehouse initiatives and ensuring successful implementation across the warehouse network. This role bridges organizational priorities and operational execution.

Duties/Responsibilities

Evaluate operational opportunities and business challenges.

Develop implementation plans for key initiatives.

Lead execution of strategic projects.

Coordinate cross-functional initiatives.

Monitor timelines, milestones, and results.

Remove barriers to successful implementation.
