·Company Name: CUC, Inc.

·Job Type: Full-time (5 days/weekly)

About CUC Inc.

CUC Inc. is a publicly traded global healthcare services organization, founded in Japan in 2014 and listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market. CUC operates with a clear mission: Creating Hope Through Healthcare—partnering with physicians to build sustainable, patient centered care models supported by strong operational and clinical infrastructure. Over the past decade, CUC has expanded internationally, working with thousands of healthcare professionals and global partners across Japan, Southeast Asia, and the United States.

In the United States, CUC is focused on expanding office-based outpatient interventional care platforms. Individuals who join CUC will partner with a well-capitalized organization that values clinical leadership, program development, and the opportunity to help shape the next generation of outpatient interventional care.

About Our U.S. Business: Beyond Podiatry and Interventional Radiology OBLs

CUC America’s dual-platform strategy is anchored by Beyond Podiatry (BP), an expanding network of over 35 podiatry clinics across five states that serves as our primary vehicle for U.S. expansion through optimized operations and clinical efficiency. Simultaneously, we are leveraging CUC Inc.’s global operational expertise to launch a nationwide Interventional Radiology network, establishing state-of-the-art Office-Based Labs (OBLs) that specialize in Musculoskeletal (MSK) Embolization. This innovative endovascular approach to chronic pain allows us to redefine the standard of care by delivering precision-based recovery within a modern, streamlined outpatient environment.

Position Summary

As the Strategy & Operations Manager, you will serve as the primary execution engine for CUC America's dual-platform strategy: leading the high-impact launch of the new Office-Based Lab (OBL) business and driving strategic operational improvements across our existing Beyond Podiatry (BP) network. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will translate high-level strategy into tangible operational success across both platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. New Business Launch & Market Ownership
  • Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify high-potential geographic regions and clinical specialties for OBL expansion.
  • Lead the end-to-end project management and rollout of the OBL business as a flagship new market initiative.
  • Own the commercial P&L trajectory for the OBL platform, managing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
2. Beyond Podiatry Operational Excellence
  • Champion network-wide excellence by establishing KPIs and standardizing workflows to maximize efficiency.
  • Drive organizational scalability by reporting performance to the executive team and leading cross-functional alignment.
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Negotiations
  • Lead negotiations with hospitals, medical groups, and private practices to secure long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Cultivate a robust vendor ecosystem, managing relationships across EMR, medical equipment, and facility management.
  • Navigate complex legal and financial frameworks, including MSO/PC structures and CPOM compliance, to execute corporate objectives.
4. Cross-Functional & Global Leadership
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the U.S. execution team and the Japan-based corporate headquarters.
  • Drive internal alignment across Finance, Legal, HR, and Clinical departments.
  • Partner with legal counsel to maintain strict adherence to healthcare regulations, including Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statutes.
Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking a high-energy, "self-starter" professional who thrives in demanding, high-speed environments. You should be as comfortable in a boardroom negotiating a contract as you are in an unfinished clinic space managing a vendor.

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience: 6–10 years of professional experience in high-stakes, fast-paced roles.
  • Background: Proven track record in Management Consulting, Finance (IB/PE), or a Japanese Trading Company (Sogo Shosha).
  • Linguistic Ability: Business-level fluency in Japanese and English is mandatory. You must be able to draft reports and lead technical discussions in both languages.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA: A Master of Business Administration from a top-tier global business school.
  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the healthcare sector (providers, medical devices, or health tech) is a significant plus, but not a prerequisite for a candidate with strong learning agility.
  • Execution Skills: Experience with "zero-to-one" business launches or complex project management.

Why Join Us?

  • Global Momentum and Proven Success: Be Part of a Global Growth Story: Since its founding in Japan 12 years ago, our company has grown rapidly, achieving a public listing and building a network of over 10,000 employees and partners worldwide. Now, we are bringing the same momentum to the U.S., driving transformative growth in a dynamic healthcare industry.
  • Mission-Driven Innovation and Impact: Support a socially responsible mission that enables the company to focus on improving healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.
  • Career Transformation: Transition from traditional based roles to a leadership position in the fast-growing outpatient interventional market.
  • Financial Upside: Competitive compensation plus performance incentives and long-term equity potential.

Salary and Benefits

CUC, Inc. offers a competitive and comprehensive compensation package designed to attract and retain top talent. This includes a market-competitive base salary, performance-based incentive opportunities, and a solid benefits package.

Benefits include: Medical, Dental, and vision insurance, 401k with company match, PTO & Holidays.

Salary/Compensation: $120,000-$160,000
