We are actively hiring for a Corporate Strategy Consulting Associate - Remote

Your Role: This Corporate Strategy Consulting Associate will support planning and initiatives at the enterprise and business unit levels. This role will be instrumental in driving data-backed insights, market analysis, and planning efforts that inform decision-making at the executive level. The ideal candidate brings intellectual curiosity, strong analytical capabilities, and a foundational understanding of the P&C insurance industry. This role will serve as a Strategy generalist within a growing Strategic Planning practice.

Your Work:

  • Support development of multi-year strategic plans at the enterprise and business unit levels.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Analyze internal performance data to identify key strategic insights and performance drivers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, Finance, Innovation, HR, Technology, etc.) to inform strategic priorities.
  • Support development for new initiatives, partnerships, and M&A assessments.
  • Build executive-level presentations and briefing materials for planning sessions.
  • Partner with Strategy Execution and Recognition teams to monitor progress and performance of core critical initiatives.

Required Experience, Education and Skills

  • 6 years related professional experience with transferable skills
  • Experience supporting planning cycles, including long-range planning, with demonstrated ability to distill market and internal insights into executive-ready insights and deliverables
  • Proven competitive benchmarking, industry trend analysis, and financial modeling skills
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional peers and executive leadership
  • Familiarity with insurance industry's regulatory, competitive dynamics, and strategic partnerships is a plus
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills with a strategic mentality
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and synthesizing complex data sets
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to clearly communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership

The national average salary range for this position is $129,825.00-$144,250.00. However, we have a location-based compensation structure. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on work location. The starting pay range for this position across all the states we hire in is $129,825.00-$173,150.00. This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 10% of eligible pay.This job posting will be unposted on Wed, 12 Aug 2026.
