  • Develop weekly, monthly, and campaign-based content concepts that align with brand priorities, seasonal initiatives, product launches, and social trends.
  • Partner closely with the Social Media Marketing Lead to translate campaign objectives into social-first content strategies and execution plans.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive content calendars that support platform-specific best practices, audience behavior, and business goals.
  • Recommend optimal content formats, posting cadence, and channel strategies across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
Trend & Cultural Insights
  • Continuously monitor beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and cultural trends to identify opportunities for timely, relevant content.
  • Research viral moments, creator trends, platform updates, and consumer behaviors to inform content strategy.
  • Identify opportunities for reactive, real-time, and trend-driven content that increases brand visibility and engagement.
