Job description

We're looking for a creative, platform-savvy Social Content Manager to join our team. This role is for someone who lives and breathes social media — not just as a writer, but someone who can bring ideas to life across video, audio, and graphics. You know how to tell a story in a Reel, spot a trend before it peaks, and build a content strategy that actually performs.

Strong writing remains at the core of this role, but we need someone who can execute across the full content spectrum — from a sharp caption to a polished short-form video. If you can write, concept, direct, and guide content creation while staying fluent in platform trends and analytics, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and produce engaging content with fluency across content forms — including short-form video, graphics, audio, and written copy (long and short form blogs) — to bring ideas to life across platforms
  • Develop and execute social content strategies rooted in platform knowledge, audience insights, and performance data
  • Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to keep content fresh and relevant
  • Build and manage editorial calendars, ensuring consistent and timely content delivery
  • Analyze performance metrics and translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Leverage AI and emerging content tools to enhance creativity and efficiency
  • Optimize content for discoverability using SEO best practices and an understanding of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) as AI-driven search continues to evolve
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop concepts, provide content direction, and deliver on-brand results
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across formats
  • Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills
  • Deep knowledge of social platform algorithms, content formats, and emerging trends
  • Experience with analytics platforms and a data-informed approach to content strategy
  • Strong understanding of short-form video platforms, formats, and best practices — with the ability to concept and direct content creation
  • Familiarity with AI tools and how to incorporate them into a content workflow
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and GEO strategies for optimizing content in an AI-influenced search landscape
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and a willingness to learn
