Job description

Looking for a highly organized, creative, and hands‑on Social Content Manager to lead social media across One Planet Group portfolio of brands.

This role sits at the intersection of content creation, social media management, and cross‑functional coordination. You’ll work directly with the CEO and collaborate closely with key executives across our portfolio companies to understand priorities and turn them into a consistent, engaging social presence.

You’ll own the entire process—from managing the master content calendar and coordinating with teams to developing ideas, creating content, securing approvals, publishing, and reporting on performance.

We’re looking for someone who can keep multiple brands moving at once while understanding that each needs its own voice, audience, and personality.

This is a full‑time, in‑person position based in our Beverly Hills office.

WhatYou’llDo
  • Own and manage the master social media and content calendar across One Planet Group and its portfolio brands.
  • Meet regularly with executives and brand teams to understand priorities, campaigns, announcements, events, and content opportunities.
  • Lead weekly content and strategy meetings with the CEO, CMO, Creative Director, and other stakeholders.
  • Translate business and marketing priorities into actionable content plans, briefs, calendars, and production workflows.
  • Develop social‑first ideas and personally create content, including copy, graphics, short‑form video, and other social assets.
  • Adapt strong content intelligently across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
  • Manage approvals, revisions, deadlines, and publishing to maintain a consistent cadence across brands.
  • Coordinate with internal designers, marketers, executives, and external resources when additional support is needed.
  • Track performance and identify what is—and isn’t—resonating to continuously improve content.
  • Prepare monthly social media reporting with key results, insights, trends, and recommendations.
  • Coordinate social and brand inputs for the broader Monthly Marketing Report.
  • Stay current on platform trends, emerging formats, cultural moments, and new opportunities for our brands.
WhatWe’reLooking For
  • 5+ years of experience creating and managing social content for brands.
  • Strong writing and copywriting instincts with the ability to shift voice across different brands and audiences.
  • Strong visual judgment and graphic design fundamentals.
  • Ability to create and edit compelling short‑form video.
  • Deep understanding of major social platforms and what performs on each.
  • Exceptional organization and ability to manage multiple brands, calendars, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working directly with senior executives and turning their ideas and priorities into actionable content.
  • Experience using modern creative, social, project management, and AI‑assisted tools to work smarter and faster.
  • A self‑starter who takes ownership, follows through, and doesn’t need to be reminded where things stand.
  • Ability to move quickly while maintaining strong creative and brand standards.
The Opportunity

This is an ideal role for someone who loves both the creative and operational sides of social media. You’ll have the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of brands, collaborate directly with company leadership, and play a meaningful role in shaping how our companies show up and engage with their audiences.

Compensation

$80,000 - $90,000

Compensation will be determined by factors including knowledge and skills, role‑specific qualifications, market location, and experience. Please submit your resume in PDF format.
