What youll do 
  • Own SexyHair's Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest content calendars - planning, creating, and publishing daily content aligned with brand and campaign priorities
  • Concept, shoot, and edit engaging short-form and visual content (Reels, carousels, Stories, Pins) that capture SexyHair's fun, fearless brand voice
  • Monitor platform trends and adapt SexyHair's content to stay culturally relevant and algorithmically optimized. 
  • Actively engage with the SexyHair community - responding to comments, resharing user content, and celebrating stylists and fans.
  • Identify and amplify UGC that highlights transformation, creativity, and community belonging
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from the Creative, Digital Commerce, Education, and Brand teams to bridge content into social storytelling
  • Support the Senior Manager in identifying creators and professional stylists for collaboration opportunities
  • Assist in briefing creators, reviewing content, and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and storytelling goals.
  • Manage production schedules, ensuring delivery of high-quality assets on time
  • Ensure all content is publication-ready, visually impactful, and engaging from the first frame
  • Analyze performance, track, and report on channel KPIs such as engagement, saves, shares, growth, and referral traffic
  • Collaborate with Paid Media and Business Intelligence to amplify high-performing content and measure ROI
