As a key member of our technical programs team, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of program development, ensuring successful delivery of projects, and driving technical innovation.   • Manage technical programs from concept to delivery, ensuring successful project outcomes and meeting business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and operations, to define program scope, goals, and timelines.
  • Develop and manage program plans, and resource allocation, ensuring effective use of resources and meeting program objectives.
  • Lead and manage technical program teams, including engineers, project managers, and other technical staff, to deliver high-quality results.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure program success.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to ensure program alignment with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive technical innovation and program improvement.
  • Collaborate with other program managers to share best practices, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive program excellence.
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in technical program management, with a focus on software development, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing technical programs from concept to delivery.
  • Strong technical background, with experience in software development, IT, or a related field.
  • Excellent program management skills, with experience in project planning, and resource allocation.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading and managing technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder management and relationship-building.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in identifying and mitigating technical risks.
