Job Summary:
Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform, and they are seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to drive complex, cross-functional technical initiatives across their direct-to-consumer platforms. The role involves leading large-scale programs, translating strategy into execution, and improving the delivery of high-impact digital experiences to fans.
Responsibilities:
• Lead complex, cross-functional technical programs across D2C engineering, product, and design.
• Translate business and product strategy into scalable execution plans with clear milestones and measurable outcomes.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and trade-offs to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Establish program governance, reporting, and execution best practices.
• Partner with senior engineering and product leaders to drive alignment and decision-making.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or related technical delivery roles.
