Job description

At Infoblox, every breakthrough begins with a boldย โ€œwhat if.โ€
What ifย your ideas could ignite global innovation?
What ifย your curiosity could redefine the future?

We invite you to step into the next exciting chapter ofย yourย career journey. Bring your creativity, drive, your daring spirit, and feel what itโ€™s like to thrive on a team big enough to make an impact, yet small enough to make a difference. Our cloud-first networking and security solutions already protectย 70% of the Fortune 500, and weโ€™re looking for creative thinkers ready to push that influence even further. Join us and discover how far your bold โ€œwhat ifโ€ can take the world, your community, and your career.

Here, how we empower our people is extraordinary:ย Glassdoor Best Places to Work 2025, Great Place to Work-Certified in five countries, and Cigna Healthy Workforce honors three years runningย โ€” and what we build is world-class:ย recognizedย asย CybersecAsiaโ€™s Best in Critical Infrastructure 2024ย โ€”ย evidence that when first-class technology meets empowered talent, remarkable careers take shape. So,ย what ifย the next big idea, and the next great career story, comes from you? Become the force that turns every โ€œwhat ifโ€ into โ€œwhatโ€™s nextโ€.

In a world where you can be anything,ย Be Infoblox.

Senior Program Manager, Business Operations/PMO Remote (US) or hybrid in Tacoma, WAย

We have an opportunity for a Senior Program Manager to join our Business Operations team. In this role, you will take on the kind of work that doesn\'t fit neatly inside any one function โ€” the cross-company programs that decide whether a great idea actually ships, scales, and sticks. You\'ll report to the Senior Director of Business Operations and partner with leaders across Infoblox to drive transformational programs end to end. This is a high-visibility seat. The programs you lead will build new capabilities and shape how Infoblox grows and operates.

You won\'t be doing this alone; you\'ll join a sharp, dynamic team that\'s building PMO excellence at Infoblox โ€” and we\'ve earned a reputation across the company for one simple reason: we drive results, not process. If you\'ve spent time in PMOs that got bogged down in templates and action tracking, this will feel different.

This role is for you if you like untangling complicated problems. You\'re energized by shaping strategy, not just executing it. You believe the hardest part of transformation isn\'t the plan โ€” it\'s aligning the people who have to deliver it. And you measure your work by the business results that follow, not the status reports along the way.

Be a Contributor โ€” What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end program delivery: Own complex, cross-functional programs from problem definition through execution, adoption, and measurable business impactย
  • Shape strategy, not just execution: Partner with senior leaders to define program goals, challenge assumptions, and drive toward high-impact, innovative solutionsย
  • Build structured, scalable program frameworks: Establish operating cadence, governance models, KPIs, and decision-making frameworks that enable clarity and accountability
  • Orchestrate cross-functional execution: Align sponsors, stakeholders, and workstream owners across Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Marketing, IT, and Operations
  • Drive alignment across competing priorities: Ensure teams remain focused on the highest-value outcomes, connecting initiatives across the broader business
  • Anticipate and manage risk: Identify dependencies early, surface risks proactively, and drive resolution before issues impact delivery
  • Enable strong decision-making: Apply structured prioritization frameworks and guide stakeholders through ambiguity to clear, actionable outcomes
  • Lead change with both rigor and empathy: Build trust across teams, communicate clearly at all levels, and ensure solutions are adoptedโ€”not just deliveredย
  • Own executive communication: Develop and deliver clear, concise updates and program narratives for senior leadership audiences
  • Drive continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to improve program execution, introduce best practices, and evolve how work gets done
  • Help build the PMO of the future: Contribute to defining standards, playbooks, and AI-first approaches that elevate program delivery across Infobloxย ย

Be Prepared โ€” What You Bring

  • Deep program leadership experience: 8+ years leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a SaaS or similarly fast-paced environment ย
  • Proven transformation track record: Demonstrated success driving initiatives that cut across functions and materially impact business outcomes
  • Strategic + execution mindset: Ability to operate at both the strategy level and dive deep into execution details when needed
  • Executive presence: Confidence and credibility to influence senior leaders while bringing teams along through changeย
  • Strong judgment in ambiguity: Ability to determine when to push for more data, when to make decisions, and when to escalate
  • Exceptional communication skills: Ability to translate across technical and business audiences and lead discussions with senior stakeholdersย
  • SaaS business acumen: Strong understanding of core business processes such as lead-to-cash, product lifecycle, and GTM operationsย
  • Data-driven and outcomes-focused: Focus on measurable business impact rather than activity tracking or status reporting
  • AI-first mindset: Hands-on use of AI tools to improve analysis, decision-making, communication, and program executionย
  • Collaboration at scale: Ability to operate effectively across distributed teams and complex organizational structures

Bonus Points:

  • Experience building or evolving PMO functions or program governance models
  • Exposure to enterprise transformation initiatives or operating model redesign
  • MBA, PMP, or other advanced credentials (helpful but not required)ย

Be Successful โ€” Your Path

First 90 Days:ย Immerse in our culture, connect with mentors, and map the systems and stakeholders that rely on your work.

Six Months:ย

  • Build a deep understanding of company strategy, operating model, and current program landscape
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders across functions
  • Identify early opportunities to bring structure, clarity, and alignment to active programsย

One Year:ย

  • Be recognized as a trusted advisor to program sponsors and senior leadership
  • Own and influence high-impact strategic initiatives across the business
  • Help shape how programs are run at Infoblox, contributing to long-term operational excellence and transformationย

Belongโ€”ย Your Community

Our culture thrives on inclusion, rewarding the bold ideas, curiosity, and creativity that move us forward. In a community where every voice counts, continuous learning is the norm. So, whether you code, create, sell, or care for customers, youโ€™ll grow and belong here.ย

Be Rewarded โ€”ย Benefits That Help You Grow, Thrive, Belong

  • Comprehensive health coverage, generous PTO, and flexible work options
  • Learning opportunities, career-mobility programs, and leadership workshops
  • Sixteen paid volunteer hours each year, global employee resource groups, and a โ€œNo Jerksโ€ policy that keeps collaboration healthy
  • Modern offices with EV charging, healthy snacks (and the occasional cupcake), plus hackathons, game nights, and culture celebrations
  • Charitableย Giving Program supported by Company Match
  • We practice pay transparency and reward performance. Offers reflect role location, internal equity, experience, skills, education, and certifications. Base salary for this position: $150,000โ€“ $210,290 plus bonus or commission.ย
