How you'll make an impact:

The Marketing Transformation Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM) will drive execution excellence across SiriusXM's Marketing Transformation portfolio, ensuring strategic subscriber growth and marketing modernization initiatives are delivered with rigor, speed, and measurable outcomes. This role partners closely with Marketing, Product, Data, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations to manage complex technical programs, align stakeholders, mitigate risk, and ensure delivery commitments translate into business value. The TPM will serve as a key execution leader across high-impact marketing technology and transformation efforts.

What you'll do:

  • Become a subject matter expert in SiriusXM's Marketing Transformation domain, serving as a direct point of contact for program execution, delivery planning, and cross-functional coordination. 

  • Drive end-to-end execution and delivery of multiple high-profile Marketing Transformation programs, managing complex dependencies across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, Analytics, and Operations. 

  • Facilitate org-level program operating mechanisms including program reviews, retrospectives, and stakeholder forums to provide visibility, surface risks and blockers, and enable timely decision-making. 

  • Partner with teams to develop requirements aligned to technical capabilities, constraints, interdependencies, and transformation objectives. 

  • Define and execute high-caliber delivery and communication plans for complex, multi-team programs with senior stakeholder visibility. 

  • Support Agile delivery excellence through backlog health, story writing, prioritization, and release planning, ensuring teams are positioned for predictable execution. 

  • Lead planning, refinement, and release ceremonies while continuously evaluating delivery processes and driving iterative improvement. 

  • Proactively identify, communicate, and resolve program risks, issues, and delivery blockers, including forecasting mitigation plans and escalation paths when needed. 

  • Cultivate strong relationships across technical and business teams to drive progress, influence negotiations, and advocate for outcomes that best serve SiriusXM customers and strategic priorities.

What you'll need:

  •  7+ years of experience in technical delivery roles within software development organizations, including at least 5 years as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Project Manager 

  • Proven track record of managing complex, high-stakes transformation initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups. 

  • Strong ability to distill ambiguous or complex challenges into clear, solvable, and actionable delivery plans. 

  • Extensive experience with SDLC methodologies and the flexibility to operate effectively across Agile, hybrid, and traditional delivery models. 

  • Strong technical proficiency demonstrated through systems knowledge, technical delivery experience, quality assurance, technical writing, or related expertise. 

  • Experience managing programs spanning multiple teams with varying levels of Agile maturity. 

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive collaborative execution across diverse organizations.

  • Working knowledge of release planning, delivery governance, and program lifecycle management. 

  • Demonstrated experience in risk identification, reporting, mitigation, and delivery confidence management. 

  • Preferred certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), PMP, or other relevant credentials.

  • Experience with automation and/or AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.

  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $150,100 to $180,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
