Purpose Brands, the parent company of Orangetheory, Anytime Fitness, Waxing the City, and The Bar Method, is seeking a Enterprise Program Manager IV - Platform Transformation to join its team. The Enterprise Program Manager IV is a critical member of the Technology team, reporting to the Staff Technical Program Manager of our Core Engineering team. This role is responsible for driving the operational rhythm and cross-functional execution of large-scale platform initiatives by coordinating business workstreams, tracking dependencies, maintaining program documentation, and ensuring accountability across participating teams.
Working in close partnership with the Staff Technical Program Manager, this position maintains visibility into technical milestones and dependencies to ensure all cross-functional activities remain aligned with technical delivery. While the Staff Technical Program Manager leads engineering execution and technical delivery, the Enterprise Program Manager owns the coordination, tracking, follow-up, and operational management of the broader program-ensuring every business workstream understands its responsibilities, commitments are completed on time, risks are surfaced early, and nothing falls through the cracks.
Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, disciplined follow-through, emotional intelligence, and outstanding communication. Purpose/Impact: (Duties & Essential Functions)

Cross-Functional Program Coordination

  • Coordinate and track all cross-functional workstreams supporting enterprise platform transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, action items, and timelines across business functions.
  • Ensure every workstream has clear ownership, accountability, and target completion dates.
  • Proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure commitments are completed on schedule.
  • Identify cross-functional risks, blockers, and dependency conflicts early and drive them to resolution.
  • Maintain visibility into overall program health and communicate status, risks, and outstanding actions to leadership.

Partnership with Technical Program Management

  • Partner closely with the Staff Technical Program Manager to understand technical milestones, delivery status, sequencing, and dependencies.
  • Maintain awareness of engineering progress to ensure business activities remain aligned with technical delivery.
  • Translate technical updates into cross-functional impacts, action items, and readiness activities.
  • Support program execution without directing engineering work or technical delivery.
  • Escalate technical questions and engineering decisions to the Staff Technical Program Manager while independently driving business follow-up and execution.

Meeting Facilitation & Program Documentation

  • Facilitate recurring cross-functional program meetings and working sessions.
  • Capture meeting notes, decisions, risks, action items, accountable owners, and due dates in real time.
  • Update Jira, Confluence, and other program artifacts during or immediately following meetings to maintain accurate program visibility.
  • Produce organized, actionable documentation that serves as the program's source of truth.
  • Demonstrate the ability to actively facilitate meetings while simultaneously documenting discussions, decisions, risks, action items, and ownership without relying on meeting recordings, AI-generated notes, or extensive post-meeting cleanup.

Program Tracking & Operational Excellence

  • Maintain accurate program documentation, dashboards, and tracking artifacts.
  • Monitor cross-functional deliverables, dependencies, and outstanding actions across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Ensure Jira and Confluence remain current, organized, and reflective of actual program status.
  • Drive adherence to established program governance, operating cadence, and PMO processes.
  • Continuously reinforce disciplined execution through consistent tracking, follow-up, and communication.

Launch Readiness & Vendor Coordination

  • Coordinate business readiness activities required for successful platform launches.
  • Track operational readiness across participating business functions.
  • Coordinate activities involving external vendors and implementation partners to ensure alignment with overall program timelines.
  • Confirm that cross-functional deliverables, approvals, communications, training, and operational readiness activities are completed prior to launch.

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise program or project management supporting complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating large-scale enterprise programs involving multiple business organizations and technology teams.
  • Demonstrated experience tracking cross-functional workstreams, dependencies, risks, and action items across complex initiatives.
  • Advanced proficiency with Jira and Confluence, including maintaining program documentation and work tracking artifacts.
  • Experience working with external vendors and implementation partners.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings while simultaneously documenting discussions, decisions, risks, action items, and ownership in real time without relying on recordings, AI-generated summaries, or extensive post-meeting reconstruction.
  • Proven ability to hold stakeholders accountable while building collaborative, trusted working relationships.
