What You'll Do

As the Memory Care Program Manager, you'll serve as a member of the community leadership team and oversee the daily operations of our Memory Care neighborhood while partnering closely with the Clinical Manager to deliver exceptional resident care.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and coach the Memory Care team to provide outstanding, person-centered care

  • Ensure residents receive individualized care and services that meet their changing needs

  • Deliver quality engagement programs that promote meaningful resident experiences

  • Support hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching of care staff

  • Partner with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent communication

  • Lead care plan meetings and support resident admissions and transitions

  • Ensure Arbor's Memory Care programming, dining experience, and neighborhood environment meet company standards

  • Promote resident engagement and meaningful daily experiences

  • Maintain compliance with state regulations and company policies

  • Help manage staffing and labor expenses while maintaining exceptional quality of care

  • Participate in Manager-on-Duty rotations and provide after-hours support as needed

What We're Looking For
  • Experience working with seniors living with dementia or other cognitive impairments

  • Passion for enriching the lives of older adults through compassionate, relationship-based care

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience

  • Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
