Tax Senior Associate

CST Group is seeking a motivated Tax Senior Associate to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with business and individual clients, develop technical expertise, and build strong client relationships while contributing to exceptional client service.
The Tax Senior Associate will work alongside experienced professionals in a team-oriented environment that values mentorship, communication, and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review business(specifically S Cr and individual tax returns.
  • Assist with tax planning and consulting projects for clients across multiple industries.
  • Research tax issues and apply findings to client situations.
  • Communicate directly with clients and internal team members.
  • Manage assigned engagements and meet project deadlines.
  • Support managers and partners with client service initiatives.
  • Mentor and assist associates as needed.
  • Continue developing technical and professional skills while staying current on tax law changes and industry developments.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
  • CPA license or active pursuit of CPA preferred.
  • 3+ years of recent public accounting tax experience.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience preparing business, specifically Partnerships and S Corporation, and individual tax returns.
  • Familiarity with CCH Axcess Tax and related software platforms.
  • Experience working directly with clients.
  • Demonstrates leadership potential, initiative, and problem-solving abilities.
