  • Manage sensitive information with discretion, adhering to confidentiality requirements.
  • Oversee the administration of specialized programs within the executive's purview.
  • Act on behalf of the executive when authorized.
  • Other administrative duties/tasks as may be required.

Expectations:

  • Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a new position with minimal ramp-up/training on tools (Ex: Adobe, MS Office Suite, etc.).

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives in high-pressure environments with competing priorities.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity, shifting priorities, and overlapping administrative responsibilities.

  • Strong professional judgment regarding discretion, executive communications, and record sensitivity.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Thrives in fast-paced, detail-driven environments where expectations are immediate and evolving.

  • Comfortable receiving direct, candid feedback and adjusting execution rapidly.

  • Highly self-directed learner who proactively develops technical and administrative skills.

  • Maintains composure, precision, and professionalism under sustained executive pressure.
