Senior Executive Assistant (Temporary)
Position Summary
LHH is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Senior Executive Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis. This role provides high-level administrative and strategic support to senior executives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a polished professional with exceptional communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including complex calendar management and scheduling.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting.
  • Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, presentations, reports, and other executive-level documents.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up action items.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Screen and prioritize communications, responding on behalf of executives when appropriate.
  • Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate special projects and assist with cross-functional initiatives.
  • Monitor deadlines, anticipate executive needs, and proactively resolve scheduling or logistical challenges.
  • Support event planning and executive off-site meetings as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7+ years of executive administrative experience supporting senior leaders or C-suite executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Experience with expense management and travel coordination.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Asana, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working in corporate, financial services, or professional services environments.
Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
