  • Partner with senior stakeholders to define success metrics and translate strategic objectives into executable plans

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive level clients, navigating both strategic and organizational dynamics

  • Ensure consistent, high quality delivery by overseeing teams, reviewing outputs, and course correcting as needed

  • Design and facilitate executive meetings and workshops that drive clarity, alignment, and decision making

  • Adapt frameworks and methodologies to client context while maintaining delivery discipline and rigor

  • Identify opportunities to expand scope or deepen impact within existing engagements and support business development through scoping and proposal development

People Leadership and Firm Contribution
  • Serve as a Career Manager, coaching and developing team members across levels

  • Mentor Managers and Consultants, modeling strong judgment, executive presence, and delivery excellence

  • Lead or contribute meaningfully to internal initiatives related to operations, process improvement, or intellectual property development

  • Support sales efforts through proposal contributions, client storytelling, and participation in pitch meetings as appropriate

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex programs and multiple workstreams simultaneously

  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear execution plans

  • Proven judgment in ambiguous, high stakes environments

  • Experience engaging senior leaders and navigating sensitive organizational dynamics

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders

  • High attention to detail, responsiveness, and follow through

  • Flexibility to meet project demands, including occasional extended hours

  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 30 percent

Ideal Profile

  • Strategic, pragmatic thinker with a strong bias toward execution

  • Comfortable owning outcomes in shifting, ambiguous environments

  • Energized by complex, people centered business challenges

  • Growth minded and reflective, actively seeking and integrating feedback

  • Invests in talent development and builds strong, trust based relationships

  • Leads with humility, integrity, urgency, and accountability
