Job description

Do you love connecting with people and helping them find a place to call home? The Preserve at Tampa Palms, managed by Providence Real Estate, is looking for a full-time Leasing Specialist to join our on-site team.

Pay & Benefits

  • $20–$23/hour plus leasing commissions

What You'll Do
As the first friendly face prospective residents meet, you'll lead them through the leasing journey from first tour to signed lease. Day to day, you'll:

  • Conduct apartment tours and highlight community features
  • Guide prospects through applications and lease paperwork
  • Build strong relationships with current residents to support renewals
  • Support front-office operations and respond to resident needs
  • Help create a welcoming, professional atmosphere for every visitor

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years in leasing, residential property management, or customer service preferred
  • A natural at building rapport, with solid sales and closing skills
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office
  • Reliable transportation

Bonus points if you've worked with Yardi or other property management software, or have experience in resident retention and multifamily operations - but we're happy to train the right person.

Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday plus most Saturdays. Working a Saturday earns you a weekday off, so your week stays balanced.
