The ideal candidate has 4+ years of real estate experience, has led site control and land use transactions independently, and is ready to be a trusted advisor to project development, external affairs, and project finance teams. This is a hands-on role: expect to manage purchase options, easements, and closings from start to finish, with real ownership over your deal flow.The ideal candidate will be able to work at the company's office location in Nashville, TN.
