Job description

The Dallas office of Akerman LLP seeks a Litigation Associate with 2 to 4 years of commercial litigation experience. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong communication skills and the ability to run complex litigation matters. This role offers meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of Akerman's Dallas office and litigation practice. Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school, have excellent research, writing and analytical skills, and be a member of State Bar of Texas.
