POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional to lead the coordination and execution of hotel real estate projects, including conversions to condo-hotels and other hybrid models. In this role, you’ll manage everything from initial planning and permitting to execution and final sales, working closely with legal, technical, and commercial teams to ensure each step is efficient, compliant, and profitable. You’ll oversee key deliverables, coordinate with brokers and consultants, and keep leadership informed with clear updates and progress reports.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee and coordinate the execution of strategic hotel projects.

  • Manage vendor contracts, timelines, and budgets.

  • Act as a liaison between ownership, legal teams, architects, and hotel management.

  • Ensure all legal, contractual, and regulatory aspects of each project are completed efficiently.

  • Report progress and results to executive leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of experience in hotel operations, property management, or hospitality real estate. 

  • Strong background dealing directly with property owners and executives.

  • Solid understanding of lease agreements, acquisitions, franchise contracts, and HOA structuring.

  • Proven ability to coordinate attorneys, accountants, and multi-disciplinary teams.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Functional English and Spanish (bilingual preferred).

  • Proficient in project tracking tools (Excel, Trello, Notion, or similar).

  • Ideal for an executive-minded professional with strong hospitality and ownership-facing experience.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITSCompensation

Annual Salary: $60,000 - $72,000 based on experience
