Your Opportunity: Leasing Consultant

We’re growing and have an immediate opening for a motivated, customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team. If you're passionate about helping people find their perfect home and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this role is for you!


What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Leasing amp; Tours: Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, showcase apartment features, and match potential residents with the perfect home.
  • Sales Process: Qualify prospects, assist with applications, and process background and credit checks to support timely lease signings and move-ins.
  • Move-In Coordination: Prepare lease agreements and move-in packages, inspect apartments before move-in, and ensure all units are in excellent condition.
  • Customer Service: Respond to resident service requests, answer incoming calls, and provide exceptional support to current and prospective residents.
  • Daily Operations: Maintain an organized leasing office and ensure all community common areas are clean, inviting, and tour-ready.
  • System Management: Use property management software (OneSite or similar) to track leasing traffic, manage availability, and maintain resident data.

What You’ll Bring:
  • High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or Advertising preferred)
  • At least 1 year of leasing experience required
  • Familiarity with property management systems like OneSite, MRI, or similar platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to close leases
  • Solid understanding of property management principles and customer service
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Bilingual in Spanish amp; English is a plus!
