As our Tax Senior Associate, you’ll take your tax expertise to the next level, delivering precise, high-quality services while building trusted client relationships. Your detail-oriented approach will shine as you handle more complex tax returns and identify tailored opportunities that align with client goals. Serving as a knowledgeable resource, you’ll support both clients and team members through tax-related challenges with confidence and care. What you’ll need to be our Tax Senior Associate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
  • Proven public accounting experience, including preparing federal and state income tax returns
  • Comprehensive understanding of tax law
  • Exposure to relevant tax software systems, including CCH, Lacerte, QuickBooks, and/or Canopy
  • Technical verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prepare complex tax returns
  • Skilled in preparing responses to the IRS and state tax notices
  • Flexibility to take on larger workloads during Tax season
  • Master’s degree, preferred
  • CPA or CPA eligible, preferred
  • Accommodating and analytical while producing highly precise and accurate work
